ERYONE PPS-CF10 Black 0,5 kg is a high-performance technical filament designed for professional and industrial use. The base consists of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), reinforced with 10 % carbon fiber, which allows the material to achieve extraordinary thermal and chemical resistance, high stiffness, and long-term dimensional stability. PPS-CF10 is designed for extremely demanding environments where common technical plastics (e.g., PA, PC, ABS) are no longer sufficient. The filament offers thermal resistance with a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of approx. 238 °C at 0,45 MPa and chemical resistance to a wide range of acids, bases, fuels, and solvents. The material is naturally flame retardant (UL94 V0 at 1,5 mm thickness), dimensionally stable, has low water absorption, and can be printed even on open FDM printers without a heated chamber.Main Features

Hardware Requirements
- All-metal hotend with temperature resistance of at least 350 °C
- Durable (wear-resistant) nozzle – hardened steel, tempered steel, ruby, or other abrasion-resistant material (carbon fibers are abrasive)
- Quality profile for high-temperature materials in the slicer
Recommended Printing Parameters
- Nozzle temperature: approx. 310–350 °C (often around 320 °C, depending on printer and part geometry)
- Bed temperature: approx. 80–90 °C
- Heated chamber: not required, but an enclosed space can improve print quality for larger parts
- Print speed: rather low to medium; adjust according to model complexity and printer capabilities
- Bed adhesion: quality surface treatment recommended (textured PEI, special adhesive products suitable for high-temperature technical plastics)
Post-print Annealing
- The filament has very good properties already after printing, annealing is not mandatory
- To maximize performance, parts can be annealed at approx. 125 °C for approx. 16 hours (must be verified according to specific application and geometry)
